Becky Fredette grew up in the Tilton-Northfield area and returned here after graduating from college with a BS in Elementary and Special Education from Keene State College. Becky lives with her husband Jody and their five boys in Sanbornton. Becky has taught in area schools for the past 20 years. After returning to college and receiving her Masters in Education from Plymouth State University, she became an administrator and is currently is the principal of Valley View Community School in Farmington. Becky came to theatre at a young age when she was prop and stage manager for a production of Fiddler on the Roof in middle school. Her theater work ended after that until she volunteered to help with costumes for One Light's production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast in the summer of 2016. Since then she has done costumes for One Light's production of The Wizard of Oz, the WRHS production of Disney's Tarzan, and assisted with costumes for the Streetcar production of Mary Poppins. Becky has done costumes for One Light's 2017 summer season, including productions of The 39 Steps, Moon Over Buffalo and the children's production of School House Rock Live.
